As a Premium Service member, your service calls will go to the front of the line for emergencies, and be priority-service protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Reduced Minimum Service Evaluation Fee
All Premium Service members receive $39 off any level of minimum service from our competent, highly-skilled licensed plumbers.
3. Annual Exclusive 323-Point Plumbing Inspection
Protect your home from annoying, unexpected plumbing problems by having a licensed plumber inspect your plumbing system on a scheduled annual basis with a rigid “performance test” and receive free plumbing system adjustments.
- All water heaters are checked for safety, leaks and corrosion, then flushed and cleaned
- All water closets/toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation
- All faucets and emergency water shut-off valves are performance tested
- Washing machine hoses and valves are thoroughly checked and tested
- All piping under bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for any sign of potential water damage
- All exposed drains inside the home are checked above and below sinks for leaks and clogs
- All exposed water lines are checked for any damage and leaks
- Water will be tested for chlorine and hardness
- Water filters, conditioners and/or softeners will be checked
- Any concerns or questions you have about your home’s plumbing will be gladly answered
