Retirement Plan (IRA)

Arrow Plumbing provides a retirement program for eligible full-time employees. Arrow Plumbing contributes to the employee’s retirement plan when employee becomes eligible after 90 days of employment. Eligible employees may contribute to retirement plan after 90 days of employment.

Holidays

Full-time employees are eligible for six (6) holidays per year.
